I selected this topic because fitness isn’t just about working out, but also about nutrition. The food we eat plays a vital role in how we look and feel. Regular exercise is important but according to research, nutrition has the largest impact on our fitness. Focus on healthy food intake as a primary fitness goal. When healthy eating habits become a lifestyle, we are healthier and happier. Eating right allows us to reduce body fat, lose a few pounds, feel more confident and reduce our risk of illness. Even more, I wanted to share some of my knowledge about fitness and nutrition with others so that they can also benefit from it for a better life and a happy lifestyle.

For my blog I didn’t add a fancy theme to change it, I kept it basic so my audiences won’t get distracted when they are reading my blogs. I mainly focused on the ideas behind each blog instead of changing the theme of the site. I selected a white background with a black and normal size font.
