Blog Article about My Site

I selected this topic because fitness isn’t just about working out, but also about nutrition. The food we eat plays a vital role in how we look and feel. Regular exercise is important but according to research, nutrition has the largest impact on our fitness. Focus on healthy food intake as a primary fitness goal. When healthy eating habits become a lifestyle, we are healthier and happier. Eating right allows us to reduce body fat, lose a few pounds, feel more confident and reduce our risk of illness. Even more, I wanted to share some of my knowledge about fitness and nutrition with others so that they can also benefit from it for a better life and a happy lifestyle.

For my blog I didn’t add a fancy theme to change it, I kept it basic so my audiences won’t get distracted when they are reading my blogs. I mainly focused on the ideas behind each blog instead of changing the theme of the site. I selected a white background with a black and normal size font. I selected the basic font colors because it makes it easy to read and the reader won’t be distracted with the different colors on the blogs. lastly, I have a passion for fitness everywhere, for more information regarding fitness or working out check out fitness and muscle has a lot to offer about fitness, nutrition, diet plans, supplements.

The Importance of Exercise

Exercise increases energy levels

Exercise improves both the strength and the efficiency of your cardiovascular system to get the oxygen and nutrients to your muscles.  When your cardiovascular system works better everything seems easier and you have more energy for the fun stuff in life.

Exercise improves muscle strength

Staying active keeps muscles strong and joints, tendons and ligaments flexible, allowing you to move more easily and avoid injury. Strong muscles and ligaments reduce your risk of joint and lower back pain by keeping joints in proper alignment. They also improve coordination and balance.

Exercise can help you to maintain a healthy weight

The more you exercise, the more calories you burn.  In addition, the more muscle you develop, the higher your metabolic rate becomes, so you burn more calories even when you’re not exercising.  The result?  You may lose weight and look better physically which will boost your self-esteem.

Exercise improves brain function

Exercise increases blood flow and oxygen levels in the brain. It also encourages the release of the brain chemicals (hormones) that are responsible for the production of cells in the hippocampus, the part of the brain that controls memory and learning.  This, in turn, boosts concentration levels and cognitive ability, and helps reduce the risk of cognitive degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s.

At Home Workout

Exercising at home is, hopefully, something you’ve been thinking about while sat on the Your workout this week features three levels of difficulty, so there are no excuses for not getting it done. If you’re just starting out, go with the beginner circuit. If you’ve been working out for a while but wouldn’t quite consider yourself advanced, go with the intermediate circuit. And if you’re a workout pro, go for the advanced circuit. The beauty of this workout is that as you continue to exercise and get stronger, you can revisit it down the road and push yourself to the next level.

Here’s how it’s going to work: For the beginners, you’ll do 10 reps of each exercise below and go through the circuit, top to bottom, three times. The intermediate circuit will be 20 reps of each exercise, completing circuit four times. For the advanced circuit, you’ll do 30 reps of each exercise and complete the circuit five times. Not only do the reps and number of sets increase with the different difficulty levels, but the exercises will get more challenging as well. Click the links below for video how-tos of each exercise. Good luck!

The Clean Eating Diet Plan Guide

Clean eating places fairly substantial food restrictions on individuals. Clean eating diets require that people consume only whole, natural foods and eschew everything that is processed. This excludes pastas, breads, crackers, chips, cereals, and anything else that has been processed. This approach also excludes things like condiments (mustards and spreads) as well as dressings. Additionally most beverages are restricted; this includes alcohol, soda, and juice.

Clean eating is best suited for people who are focused on the health properties of food, do not feel the desire to track the calories in their food, and who do not mind fairly restrictive approaches to nutrition. Clean eating allows substantial flexibility in the amount of food one eats, the timing and frequency, and with some effort and diligence the diet can be used for a wide range of people with drastically different goals (fat loss, muscle gain, or sport performance).

Safety of Organic Foods vs Non-Organic Food

An obvious concern when deciding whether organic food choices are better is whether they are safer. Because of the difference in agricultural practices and substances used, it is obvious that there are less residues from synthetic fertilizers and pesticides present on organic produce. The Environmental Working Group (EWG) puts out a list each year with conventionally farmed foods that are most and least likely to contain pesticide residues. This year the produce most likely to have pesticide residues are strawberries, spinach, kale, nectarines, apples, grapes, peaches, cherries, pears, tomatoes, celery, and potatoes. Produce with thick peels or skins protecting the fruit or vegetable tend to have less residues on the edible portions. The produce least likely to have pesticide residues this year are avocados, sweet corn, pineapples, frozen sweet peas, onions, papayas, eggplants, asparagus, kiwis, cabbages, cauliflower, cantaloupes, broccoli, mushrooms, and honeydew melons.

On the other hand, the lack of pesticides and other substances on organic produce may lead to an increased contamination risk. For example, one study of vegetables from Polish farms found that organic produce had higher contamination risk – specifically of E. coli – which may have been due to differences in fertilization practices. Contamination risk of organic produce is an emerging area of research that requires further investigation. When it comes to meat and dairy, the use of antibiotics in conventional animal production is concerning due to the increase in antibiotic resistance. For instance, the risk of bacteria being resistant to antibiotics is higher in conventional chicken and pork than organic. It is more difficult to treat infections in humans and animals when bacteria become resistant to antibiotics.

Blog Article 03 – Qlik Sense Sites

this application is related to the Oakland university – school of business administration. The industry of the company is the institution of education. The audience for the Qlik sense are students who built this application to gain the knowledge and experience of Qlik sense that they could use to make improvements themselves to stand out and have an advantage over another candidate. The most interesting part is that these applications are very useful and informative, anyone could use them to better themselves. Although, the use of the different charts on the same page shows a lot of information that would make anyone stand out. Easy to explain and navigate while presenting, won’t lose the audients going back and forth because it’s all out there. What I like the most about it is the filter, this feature makes Qlik way better than any other applications.

Notable WordPress Sites

The first site I selected was Sony (PlayStation.Blog) this site is all about the world of gaming. Thus, it provides the user with different types of categories for each gaming system, to begin with. Overall, the page has a lot of visuals, the latest videos of what’s new with the upcoming video games, blogs about current and new gaming. One of the most appealing part to me was “New from PlayStation” this section of the site interacts with the users directly, providing them with what PlayStation is offering for the month. It more of what I would call a “special offer” but the best part about it it’s free to download.Sony has a good vision that it has divided the site into many categories so anyone can learn about what they are buying or what is their children playing. That shows they are communicating their service efficiency.

In my opinion, when I first viewed this site, the first thing popped up in my head is that it has a similar setting as YouTube. I would recommend considering some changes in the platform to destitution from YouTube. That’s probably the only thing I would recommend, Sony has done a good job in building this site. Therefore, they are one of the best gaming systems in the industry. I would give this site a non-fiction genre because there are quite a few games that are based on a real story. Some of these games are Assassin’s creed lll, Dynasty Warriors 2, and road to Hill 30. Lastly, I totally would recommend this site to a family and friends. There are a lot of things this site has to offer, for the convenience of the time, to begin with, easy to access, latest videos and trailers, post about gaming and other features, trending stories, etc. all of these would educate anyone about what they are getting themselves into, especially if it’s family/parents.

Thes econd site I selected was IZOD, which is a clothing site. I like that the site is colorful and matches spring season colors, light and greenie. As of a marketing major, I personally think that’s a great strategy, engaging the customer with the spring styles and at the same time it’s telling the customer to “prep for spring.” Also, the site offers 25% off a select style in a large bold font. This is so appealing because it’s on the top of the page where no one would miss it; therefore, the stricter of the site is well organized and easy to navigate. Lastly, the site offers an extra 15% off when you sign-up for the “crew” and also, get special promos, sale alerts & much more by sign up.

This site is well organized; however, I noticed that they do sale women’s clothing buy yet they fail to display it on the front page of the site and/or promote any women’s items. I totally recommend to have at least one sections in front page of the site to promote women’s collections. Otherwise, if any women’s who’s unfamiliar with the site tried to visit, they will leave right away assuming the site is only for men’s. also, some females might assume it’s a discrimination against them. On the other hand, the genre would be different types of clothing. Yes! Totally I would recommend it to a friend and family. They have nice clothing collections and the latest spring fashion. If I know a friend or a family member whom is going on a spring-break trip I would recommend they visit this site. because I would want to have some of these awesome beach shorts and casual t-shirts while I’m on the beach.

What it means to Lead

Telling the truth is one of the five points that were mentioned in the video, I felt truths is the most important factor because it’s one of the aspects of leading. Therefore, I believe without the trust element there won’t be any collaborations. leaders are to communicate, defend and relay with their employees, colleagues, partners, etc. such an important role must be adopted to ensure the success of the organization. importantly, trust should not be just at the workplace, everyone has a choice to make to be a better leader, I believe to be a better leader people should start with trust. because not saying the truth or being honest will destroy everything in a shorty time; therefore, everything someone builds for a long time will come to an end because of a lie, dishonesty or fraudulent.

the importance of truth is the ability to say the outcome of any obstacle no matter what the results were. therefore, not say the truth will cause an employee, team player, solider or any person out there their job. as mentioned in the video, it’s not about the outcome, because if anybody denied their actions that resulted in a bad outcome that itself is enough reason to let that person fired of his duties. on the other hand, being responsible and telling the truth even if it was not what the leader wants to hear its way better than lying. lying is as same as stealing, and no leader or a boss would want such a person on their team or in their organization. eventually, there will be a consequence of the bad outcome, yet it would be a lesson rather than getting fired.
